James leads Pendium Finance, drawing on his background in banking and finance to help clients across Australia work through property and business decisions. His focus includes rent roll lending, structured finance and portfolio strategy. He brings the wider position into the conversation, then works through the structure and lender approach with the client.

Stuart brings a longstanding background in finance and the real estate services sector. He works with clients on commercial property and development finance, with a focus on understanding the assets, the business and the people behind the transaction. Strong client relationships and considered lending structures sit at the centre of his approach.

Nicole supports clients from application through to settlement, coordinating documentation, timeframes and communication. Her organised approach keeps the practical details moving and helps clients understand what is needed next. She works alongside the brokers to bring the information and people together throughout the lender process.
