Founded in 2023, Pendium Finance was built to give real estate principals, commercial investors, and business owners access to the kind of structured lending advice usually reserved for the top end of town. We are a specialist brokerage — not a volume shop — and we work a smaller number of more complex deals properly.
Our specialism is rent roll finance: lending secured against a property management portfolio rather than bricks and mortar. It is a niche most brokers never touch, and one where the difference between a fair outcome and a strong one comes down to how the deal is structured and presented to credit.
Most brokers package a deal the way a form asks for it. We package it the way a credit team wants to read it — because that is where several of us spent our careers.
